Overview

Fan Chat (“Fan Chat”, “we”, “us”) is an adult-focused creator and fan platform that allows verified creators to publish premium content, and allows fans to access that content through paid subscriptions, pay-per-view drops, tips, and live interactions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Fan Chat. By visiting our site, registering an account, purchasing content, or publishing content, you agree to these Terms.

Fan Chat is a premium adult content platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use any part of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fan Chat after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account Verification

• You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to view or publish adult content.
• Creators must complete identity verification and provide accurate, truthful information. We may request government-issued ID and supporting documents to confirm age and identity.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Creator Content Rules

• No minors, ever. Content depicting anyone under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited.
• No non-consensual, coerced, hidden-camera, or exploitative content. You must hold signed, valid consent from every person depicted that covers being filmed, public distribution on Fan Chat, and the ability for paying members to view/download where applicable.
• No content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it was produced or where it is viewed, including but not limited to revenge porn, trafficking, bestiality, or extreme violence.
• No impersonation, identity fraud, or misleading representations of age or consent.
• We pre-screen or may review content and reserve the right to remove, reject, restrict, or report any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

License & Ownership

• Creators retain ownership of their content.
• By uploading, you grant Fan Chat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, promote, and monetize your content on the platform. This license ends when you remove your content, except for content already purchased or downloaded by paying users.
• You grant Fan Chat permission to use your name, likeness, and branding to market your creator page within the platform.

Payments, Fees & Chargebacks

• Creators earn revenue from memberships, pay-per-view posts, tips, bundles, and live interactions, less platform fees and payment processor fees. Applicable fees and payout schedules are displayed in your account.
• Creators are responsible for taxes on their earnings. We may collect tax information and withhold or report where required by law.
• Chargebacks and fraud: we may hold or reverse payouts if transactions are disputed, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
• We may limit, delay, or refuse payouts if verification is incomplete, if we suspect fraud, or if required by law.

Fan Responsibilities

• Fans must be 18+ and legally allowed to view adult content.
• No sharing, reposting, or distributing creator content outside Fan Chat without explicit written permission from the creator. Unauthorized distribution may result in suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
• No harassment, abuse, or attempts to coerce creators or other users.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to the above, you may not use Fan Chat for: (a) any unlawful purpose; (b) uploading or promoting child sexual abuse material; (c) uploading non-consensual content; (d) harassment, threats, or hate speech; (e) distributing malware or attempting to compromise the platform; (f) scraping or harvesting personal data; (g) impersonation or identity fraud; (h) attempts to bypass paywalls or copy-protective measures.

DMCA & Reporting

• If you believe content infringes your rights or violates these rules, please report it through the platform tools or our contact page. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.
• We may disable accounts for repeat infringement or severe violations without notice.

Disclaimers & Liability

Fan Chat is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fan Chat, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present safety risks, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Licenses to content already purchased by fans survive termination so those fans retain access to what they paid for.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fan Chat operates, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction’s courts unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
